Practice Guided Mindfulness Meditation and Breathing From Home
Mindfulness is moment to moment, compassionate, non-judgmental awareness, cultivated by paying attention in the HERE and NOW.
When practicing mindfulness, you are not projecting into the future, or fretting about the past. Self-compassion entails responding to difficult feelings, like anxiety and frustration, with kindness. Research shows that compassionate mindfulness improves focus and concentration, enhances emotional well-being, and builds resilience.
Mindfulness is both an attitude and a skill that can be developed and strengthened with practice.
