Healing Means to Make Whole
There are two complimentary branches of Lisa Mitchell Healing – Integrative Therapy and Yoga.
As an integrative therapist, I bring a holistic approach to healing. I collaborate with clients to bring about positive physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual change. I draw on mindfulness, somatics, psychotherapy, neuroscience, and yoga to help clients uncover the roots of their suffering and step more fully into their authenticity. I work with clients virtually, as well as in-person one day a week.

I Acknowledge
I acknowledge that I live and work on Indigenous stolen lands. I share practices borrowed from cultures that are not my own and that this is a privilege. I am a white cisgender female affording me many privileges. I aspire to wield my privileges in ways that will reduce systemic harm to people of colour, the 2SLGBTQ+ community, and those with different abilities. I aim to be a deep listener, humble learner, connector, and collaborator with people.
