Continuing to Grow
I am excited to let you know that I am rebranding from Lisa Mitchell Yoga to the more broad Lisa Mitchell Healing. This change reflects an intentional shift in the way I am conceiving of, and offering, my services.
While yoga remains an integral part of my life and permeates all that I do, I am choosing to step more consciously into the arena of spiritual psychotherapy. I am in my final year of psychotherapy studies and am honoured to be seeing more and more clients in this capacity.
My vision for my practice moving forward is to deliver three integrated strands of healing:
compassionate mindfulness
psychotherapy
yoga
Where To Find Me
Under Lisa Mitchell Healing, I will continue to offer two public yoga classes a week at my home studio, 889 Community. I also see clients individually at 889 Community for relational somatic healing, as well as at the Healing Therapy Alliance (HTA) on Mondays and Thursdays. To book a session, send me an e-mail.
