Time to Refresh

Spring is on the horizon, and with the promise of change and growth, I am so pleased to launch my new website, Lisa Mitchell Yoga and Mental Health.
 
My revised website highlights my passion for yoga and education, coupled with my unwavering interest in mental health. In my unique manner, I have braided together my life experiences with addiction, trauma and anxiety, my studies in the vast and ancient field of yoga, and my skills as an educator to help people be as healthy and whole as possible.
