Welcome Fall
Welcome Fall. September has always represented back to school for me. It also represents an opportunity to begin again. If you have been away from your yoga practice over the summer, perhaps you can take this opportunity to return to it with renewed vigour and enthusiasm.
This September, I launch my new website with the support of my techno-savvy friend, Kathryn Bowen. Thanks Kath! Kath is always encouraging me to embrace technology and explore its ability to reach more yoga-minded people. This website represents yet another way to share and connect; what yoga is all about. I hope you can find a quiet moment to explore my site and let me know what you think. I value your feedback.
This fall, you can find me teaching at 889 Yoga + Wellness Spa, The Four Seasons Hotel and Octopus Garden Holistic Yoga Centre. I am also continuing to follow my passion of teaching yoga to women who cope with anxiety and depression at St. Michael’s Hospital here in Toronto. Additionally, I am teaching yoga to young people at The York School, an independent co-ed day school.
If you are, or have been, a student of mine I hope to reconnect with you soon. If you are finding me for the first time, I hope to share my love of yoga with you. Absolute beginner? No worries. Try my Beginner Yoga workshop at 889 Yoga + Wellness Spa - 4 Thursday night classes, 5:30 - 6:30 pm, $89 starting September 19th.
