Upcoming Workshop - Befriend Your Nervous System
Hi Mainers,
I hope that this note finds you well. Thank you for being here and reading. If you know me, you know that I love to empower people to know themselves and be as healthy as possible. We are living in difficult times. There are daunting global, social, environmental, and political challenges at play in addition to the individual and family issues that we all navigate. This can feel like a lot. This upcoming workshop may help.
This workshop is for anyone wanting to learn more about attuning to their nervous system and using practical strategies to find balance when faced with stress and overwhelm.
In my work as a holistic mental health counsellor, I am asked to help people learn how to cope with difficult emotions and states.
Personally I have had to learn how to manage anxiety, stress and overwhelm. We are living in complex and tumultuous times and as human beings we all get triggered.
This workshop will teach you how to turn towards yourself with compassion, interpret your nervous system, and employ practices that will move you towards equilibrium.
Regular practice of these techniques and tools will grow your resilience.
